V m\u00edstnostech je podlaha\u00a0\u00a0 s keramickou dla\u017ebou.<\/li>\n<li>Objekt je zateplen 8cm polystyr\u00e9nem, okna plastov\u00e1, dvojsklo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technick\u00e9 parametry<\/h3>\n<p>Objekt je nepodsklepen\u00fd, s jedn\u00edm nadzemn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00edm, o celkov\u00e9 zastav\u011bn\u00e9 plo\u0161e 77,0 m<sup>2<\/sup> a vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00e9 plo\u0161e 154,0 m<sup>2<\/sup>. K dispozici jsou \u00fadaje o n\u00e1kladech na vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed v topn\u00e9 sez\u00f3n\u011b 2010-2011 pomoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmotopn\u00e9ho elektrokotle. Nepravideln\u011b byl provozov\u00e1n krb na d\u0159evo v ob\u00fdvac\u00edm pokoji.<\/p>\n<p>Elekt\u0159ina je odeb\u00edr\u00e1na od \u010cEZ s domovn\u00ed sazbou D45d a v roce 2011 za cenu 2.81,- K\u010d za kWh.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem t\u00e9to str\u00e1nky je graficky zn\u00e1zor\u0148ovat provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla VZDUCH \/ VODA a p\u0159\u00edmotopn\u00e9ho elektrick\u00e9ho kotle Protherm 18kW.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete i vy pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b sledovat provoz tohoto \u010derpadla.
